Change of PSTAKE incentive schedule for Dexter pools for April 2024

Dexter is the primary liquidity base for PSTAKE LSTs like stkATOM, stkDYDX and stkSTARS. Due to a small operational error in the previous incentivization proposal, extra rewards were allocated to the stkATOM/ATOM pool which means more APY for the stkATOM/ATOM LP stakers but at the same time incentives for stkSTARS/STARS pool were not allocated correctly.

PSTAKE team therefore proposes change in the incentivization schedule for Dexter pools for April 2024 as follows:

stkATOM/ATOM: 185,000 PSTAKE (increased from 150,000 PSTAKE) stkSTARS/STARS: 35,000 PSTAKE
