Incentivization of Dexter pools with XPRT from Dexter Grant for February 2024

Persistence Proposal 61 made XPRT the governing token of Dexter, which includes creating reward schedules (incentivization) of pools on Dexter. It is proposed that the stkATOM, PSTAKE, USDC, USDT, and DYDX pools be incentivized for 30 days when the ongoing incentive cycle ends for the respective pools in February 2024 as follows:

• ATOM/stkATOM - 4,500 XPRT
• PSTAKE/XPRT - 6,178 XPRT
• USDC/USDT - 30,000 XPRT
• DYDX/USDC - 5,000 XPRT

These are the last tranche of incentives from the Dexter Grant from Persistence Proposal 13 that were allocated for early liquidity bootstrapping. Liquidity incentivization in the future is subject to another community spend proposal.

Upon proposal passing, the rewards will automatically be created on the Dexter multi-staking contract using the Dexter Governance Admin contract trigger
