Incentivization of Dexter pools with XPRT from Dexter Grant for January 2024

Persistence Proposal 61 made XPRT the governing token of Dexter which includes creating reward schedules (incentivization) of pools on Dexter. It is proposed that the stkATOM, PSTAKE, USDC, USDT, and DYDX pools be incentivized for 30 days when the ongoing incentive cycle ends for the respective pools in January 2024 as follows:

• ATOM/stkATOM - 4,500 XPRT
• PSTAKE/XPRT - 3,000 XPRT
• USDC/USDT - 15,000 XPRT
• DYDX/USDC - 2,000 XPRT

The suggested incentives from the Dexter Grant aim to continue the steady and sustainable liquidity growth to ensure efficient trading on these pools on Dexter. Upon proposal passing, the rewards will automatically be created on the Dexter multi-staking contract using the Dexter Governance Admin contract trigger.
