Description
This proposal aims to restore XPRT inflation parameters as follows: inflation_min to 6.25%, inflation_max to 12.5%. This is to revert the change which happened recently in block 21,038,400. The main rationale is to restore staking incentives, support validators, and maintain strong network security while a lot of things are still being built out (bitcoin interoperability, babylon security).
