stkXPRT Incentives:
It is proposed to incentivize the pools with stkXPRT incentives
for 30 days when the ongoing incentive cycle ends for the respective pools in November 2024 as follows:

PSTAKE Incentives:
Persistence DEX is the primary liquidity base for PSTAKE LSTs like stkXPRT, stkATOM, stkDYDX, stkSTARS and stkHUAHUA.
It is proposed to incentivize the pools with PSTAKE incentives for 30 days when the ongoing
incentive cycle ends for the respective pools in November 2024 as follows:
