Create new WBTC/XPRT Weighted Pool on Dexter

Proposal

This proposal suggests creating a new WBTC/XPRT Weighted Pool on Dexter as follows:

Pool Parameters:

• Pool Type: Weighted Pool

• Pool Tokens: WBTC, XPRT

• Token Weights: 50.00% WBTC, 50.00% XPRT

• Pool Liquidity: 0.008010 WBTC,2250.000000 XPRT

• Swap Fee: 0.30%

Additional Context:

Due to a configuration error in Prop 99 the Dexter Contract upgrade proposal, the proposal for the creation of the WBTC-XPRT pool failed. We have addressed this issue in Prop 103, a separate proposal to make the necessary configuration changes to the Dexter smart contract. With the fix in place, we are now resubmitting the pool proposal to create the WBTC-XPRT pool.
